This is a NEW Honda OEM IAT sensor. This is the type that is held in by two screws, as commonly found on many OBD1 Honda/Acura vehicles.These commonly are damaged when the incorrect plug in the harness is connected to them, please verify that your wiring is correct before installing your new sensor.
