A word about communication.
When you call or email, you're contacting me, Peter. I get around 80 people a day contacting us for various reasons by phone and email and it's very hard to keep up with. Please email me if you can't reach me by phone, it's probably because i'm on it.
I do reply by caller ID so call with an unblocked, personal phone number.

Also, some good news, with the invention of cut'n'paste on the iphone I'm catching up on emails faster these days!
